I'm a certified personal trainer, with an added specialisation in fitness for women.

After putting on 10kg due to major hormonal imbalances, it took me 4 years of doing all the wrong things in my fitness before I was able to finally study and use my expertise as a personal trainer to know what to do. 

Within 6 months I had lost all the weight, I was more toned, my metabolism was working again and I felt amazing!

Eight years later and I've kept the weight off without insane diets or workouts.

My mission is to show other women how they can do this too!
 

I'm Jo

My beginner programs use minimal, or no equipment, meaning you don't need to join a gym or buy excessive amounts of fitness products to get started

Low to no equipment

Having worked with many women over the last 3 years, I know the exact types of exercises to get strength and weight loss results, as well as exercises for better mobility and long-term physical health

Targeted Exercises and Workouts

My main focus is on creating smaller group intakes to allow for more 1:1 support to you without the 1:1 price tag. This can be done in person if you're local, or via my online fitness app.
